By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Pricing

All prices listed on www.crystalwaters.co.nz are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

2. Accepted Payment Types

Payments are processed securely through Rocketspark. Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

3. Returns / Change of Mind

Change of Mind: Crystal Waters does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However, if you change your mind within 48 hours of receiving your item, I can offer you a store credit or exchange. This applies to both online and in-store purchases. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must contact me before returning any items to confirm the correct return address.

Please note: Delivery costs are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact me via email at crystalwaters.ww@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. I will process a refund or exchange for any faulty or damaged items.

6. Crystals - Natural Characteristics

Please note that returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted due to the natural characteristics of crystals. Crystals are unique, and each one has its own shape, structure, and imperfections. Some crystals, especially tumbled ones, may feel rough or have small chips. This is part of their natural form and carving process, and I strive to capture these characteristics in the product images.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to me. I will never share your personal information or store your payment details. All information provided is used solely for the purpose of processing your order.

8. Stock Levels

Sometimes, due to human error, stock levels may fluctuate unexpectedly. If a product is unavailable, I will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and offer a refund or exchange.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crystal Waters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the products purchased. The customer assumes full responsibility for the use of these products and acknowledges that all items are used at their own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product designs, are protected by copyright laws. The intellectual property on this website belongs solely to Crystal Waters and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this website will be handled in accordance with New Zealand law.
